For Bury Council, at the Tatton Park show we supplied the bedding plants for a ‘Just William’ themed display, the author being born in Bury. For this display Bury Council won the Silver Guilt Award.
Also for Bury Council, we have supplied the bedding plants for a Darts theme display, as there is a local connection with Bury and the numbering system used on a dart board. Over 2,000 plants went into the dartboard representation, the carpet bedding using numerous combinations of Alternanthera Ich, in colours such as Dark Purple and Bright Red. The display also included Pyrethrum Golden Moss. The Bury display won a Silver Gilt medal at the show.
We also supplied the bedding plants for the Bury Council's Dinner Ladies display, which won a Silver Gilt award at the Show.
