Q1 - How long will my delivery take?
A – Deliveries will generally be made within 2 days of receipt of order, or on a pre-arranged delivery date convenient toyou.
Q2 – Do you use reduced-peat compost for your bedding plants?
A – Yes we do. We now use a reduced-peat compost, containing approximately 10% composted bark.
Q3 – Can you supply bedding plants in peat-free compost.
A – Yes, bedding in peat-free compost can be arranged at special request.
Q4. – How do I place an order with Crosby’s Nurseries?
A – You can either contact us through the contact page on the website, e-mail us at enquiries@colourfulplants.co.uk or call us on 0161 980 5195. You can also request a catalogue from the Catalogue Request page on the website.
Q5 – What is your geographical coverage? How far away will you deliver?
A – We deliver our ornamental bedding plants to local authorities and garden centres across the UK with customers in Cumbria and Henley on Thames. We are happy to organise long distance deliveries, covering our transport costs which fall, per trolley, with higher volume.
Q6 – Does Crosbys Nurseries have a retail outlet?
A – Yes, we have a small shop on the nursery site. The shop is closed from December to February and is open 7 days per week in May.
